Questions
Will it actually look like my pet?
It's animated from your photos, so the coat, markings and shape follow your pet — but it is an illustration, not a video of them, and small details can differ. That's why one revision is included: if something looks wrong, tell us and we'll adjust it.
What photos should I upload?
Between 2 and 5 photos in natural light: one facing the camera, one from the side, and one of the whole body. Avoid heavy shadows, filters, and anything covering their face or markings.
What if I don't like the result?
Every order includes one free revision — tell us what to change and we'll redo it. If the result still can't reasonably match your pet after that, email support@furvi.net and we'll refund you.
How long does it take?
Usually within 24–48 hours. You'll get an email as soon as the preview is ready, and the order page shows its current status the whole way through.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the screen saver is yours, with lifetime access to re-download it.
Is Furvi safe to install?
Yes. Every package is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, then stapled so it validates even offline. macOS installs it without the “could not verify this app is free of malware” warning.
Which macOS versions are supported?
macOS 13 Ventura and later, including Sonoma, Sequoia and Tahoe. The bundle is universal, so it runs natively on Apple silicon and on Intel Macs.
Can I use more than one pet?
Yes — add the Second Pet option ($5.90) when you order and you'll get a second upload area for them.
