Refund policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Furvi sells digital downloads, which cannot be returned once downloaded, so a working screen saver is generally non-refundable. But if you paid and did not get what you paid for — the purchase never appeared, the file is corrupt, it will not install, you were charged twice — email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
What you are buying
Furvi sells macOS screen savers as one-time digital purchases. Your account unlocks the download the moment payment succeeds. There is nothing physical to ship, no subscription, and nothing that renews. $3.9 for a single screen saver, $6.9 for all of them, yours permanently and re-downloadable any number of times.
Try a free one first
A digital download cannot be handed back, so a screen saver that downloaded and plays correctly is generally non-refundable. That is exactly why two of ours are free and need no account: download a free one first and confirm it installs and plays on your Mac, then decide whether to pay. It takes two minutes and heads off almost every refund.
We refund in full when
Email us within 14 days of payment if any of the following happened. After we verify it you get a full refund — or, if you would rather we just fix it, a fresh delivery.
- The payment succeeded but the purchase never appeared on your account.
- The download is corrupt, will not unzip, or will not play after installing, and we cannot fix it for you within a reasonable time.
- You were charged more than once for the same screen saver.
- Your Mac runs a macOS older than 13 and the screen saver will not install. The requirement is stated on the site, but if you bought it by mistake we will still refund you.
- You bought a single screen saver and then bought the full bundle — we refund the duplicate charge.
We generally cannot refund when
None of the cases below involve a defect in what you bought, and the file is already on your Mac.
- The screen saver downloads and plays fine, but you do not like the artwork or changed your mind.
- You no longer need it — new computer, switched away from Mac, and so on.
- You bought it on the wrong account. We can move the purchase to the right account, but not refund it.
- More than 14 days have passed since payment.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@furvi.net with "Refund" in the subject line and the three things below. We reply within 1–2 business days.
- The email address you paid with.
- The order id from your Stripe receipt (it starts with cs_ or pi_), or the date and amount of the payment.
- A sentence on what went wrong. If it will not install or play, a screenshot makes this much faster.
How the money comes back
Stripe returns refunds to the original payment method; we cannot send them anywhere else. How long it takes is up to your bank, usually 5–10 business days. Once the refund goes through, the download that order paid for stops working — please delete any copy you already downloaded.
Talk to us before you file a chargeback
If a charge looks wrong, email us first. The common problems — a purchase that did not appear, a download that will not start — usually take us minutes to sort out. Going straight to your bank turns that into a multi-week process during which we can neither see what you need nor do anything about it.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect the consumer rights your local law gives you. For customers in the EU and UK: digital content normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal, which ends once you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing that right — and this site unlocks your download the instant you pay. Either way, everything listed under "We refund in full when" above still gets refunded.
